About The Other Child
The Other Child is more than a memoir, it is a voice and a community for those who have often felt unseen.
Many children born from affairs grow up carrying labels and burdens they never chose. In the middle of adult pain, conflict, and silence, their stories are rarely told. The Other Child exists to change that by creating space for those voices to be heard.
This platform is for outside children, affair children, and anyone who has ever felt like they were standing just outside the circle of family, community, or belonging. It is also for parents who watched their children experience exclusion and carry wounds that were never openly acknowledged
It is a place for God’s children who love their faith but have struggled to feel accepted within church spaces, and for anyone who has ever felt like an outsider, even among their own family.
Here, stories can be shared, voices can be heard, and healing can begin. Because everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued.
